Your IP address and location

Most fingerprint sites show your IP and city right here. We leave it blank on purpose. Loading any page lets the server that hosts it see your IP, the same as every website you visit. But this test never looks your IP up, never displays it, and never sends your results anywhere. Everything on this page was measured on your device. We even detect WebRTC as a capability without ever using it to probe your address.

What can I do about this?

Faking these values often backfires, because a rare or spoofed setup is easier to single out, not harder. Blending in with default settings, or using a browser built to resist fingerprinting, protects you more than randomizing one signal at a time.
